Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Large furniture pieces typically arrive within 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners.
Do you offer a warranty on your home decor and furniture?
Yes, all Three Sixty furniture items come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?

Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our larger items include complimentary white-glove assembly. For smaller items requiring assembly, detailed instructions and necessary tools are included in the box.
